Chop Shop
A new addition to the bustling atmosphere of downtown, Chop Shop Salads brings a unique new option to the lunch scene. From the moment customers enter, they are greeted with a bright and airy environment reflective of the cuisine. The design uses an array of colors and materials in order to bring the big city feel to Louisville. Different shades of bright green are mixed with crisp white and vibrant purple and yellow to create a dynamic environment. The main feature of the restaurant is the amazing glass mosaic front of the salad bar. The dark tile floor offsets the bright colors of the rest of the restaurant while the white glass accents pull it all together. The glass mosaic tile reappears on the seating wall as a beautiful border separating the different shades of green. The white bar tables provide seating while adding another shot of white against the vibrant white. Overall, the mix of materials and colors creates a vibrant, modern and playful environment perfect for the owner’s vision!
